A driver builds one record. Ready App checks it and keeps it current. Carriers and brokers see what the driver shares, with a timestamp. Here's what's inside.

Inside the Driver Passport

The same packet carriers request at every application, held in one place the driver owns.

  • Identity
  • CDL and endorsements
  • DOT medical card
  • Work history and employment verification
  • Certifications, training and permits
  • Insurance documents

What Driver Verify confirms

When a broker or carrier runs Driver Verify, they get a result tied to the load and saved with a timestamp.

Driver identity

Is this the person on the Passport?

Carrier affiliation

Do they run under the carrier you booked, or their own authority?

Document status

Are the CDL, medical card and other documents valid and current?

Verification history

When was this driver checked, by whom, and against what?

The driver stays in control

Shared on purpose

Drivers share their Passport with their Ready App ID and decide who sees it.

Consent per use

A carrier hiring and a broker verifying a load are separate requests, and each gets its own permission.

Revocable

A driver can take access back. The record stays theirs from job to job.

Ready Score and Fleet Score · Coming soon

Coming soon: every driver gets a Ready Score from 1 to 100. The driver owns it, it updates every 30 days, and it goes with them from job to job.

A carrier's Fleet Score will be the average of its drivers' Ready Scores. Ready Score for the driver. Fleet Score for the carrier. Both are in testing now.
